Can Diet Make Premature Ejaculation Worse?
In this article we are going to be taking a look at 3 types of foods that you’ll need to avoid if you want to win the battle against your premature ejaculation. Avoiding these foods will give you a more positive emotional outlook, not to mention save you from the physical torture of enduring these foods in your life. So, without further introduction, let’s begin.
- Refined foods: Refined foods are one of the worst culprits when it comes to premature ejaculation. You wouldn’t think that grocery stores would sell food that would be damaging to health, but that’s the way it is. Grocery stores are like a diamond mine. You have to find the diamonds in the rough. Some of the most common refined foods are breads and sugary cereals. Refined bread has virtually no nutritional benefit and can actually damage your health in the long term. Sugary cereals are so high in sugar that any benefit you could get from the vitamins and minerals (which aren’t naturally occurring anyway) is nearly eliminated entirely. Other refined foods include juices that aren’t 100% juice and pretty much anything that contains refined white flour.
- Fried Foods – Fried foods? You must think we’re kidding right? We’re not. Fried foods can be bad for premature ejaculation because frying foods reduces their nutritional benefit. You probably still think we’re crazy. Here’s some proof. Did you know that when you cook foods, the high heat actually adds CARCINOGENS to your meal? It does, and while you may not think much of it, it does have a significant impact in your sexual and overall health. Try juicing vegetables or eating them raw. Changes to your diet have to be made gradually so you don’t get that sick feeling in your stomach. You also have to give your taste palette time to adjust to the new taste experience.
- Foods High In Processed Sugar – This is probably common sense to you, but most people don’t know the hard hitting impact that eating a diet high in processed sugar has. Here is an example of what we mean. When you eat a meal high in sugar, your body doesn’t have to convert the food to glucose. Your body can readily use the sugar for energy but it’s a cheap and damaging way to eat. Your robbing your body of the natural process we were meant to undergo when we ingest a food. So you may get a sugar high that feels pretty good when you eat these sugary foods, but just think of the crash that happens afterwards. Eat, feel good, crash. Eat, feel good, crash. And if you don’t stop yourself, the cycle will continue until you’ve run your sexual health into the ground. The best thing you can do is to avoid processed and refined sugars whenever you can. If you have to eat sweets, try foods with natural cane sugar as a sweetener. Sucanat and Turbinado sugars are brown and contain nutrients and trace minerals. Much better for you than their processed white sugar relatives.
